Manufacturing lead time
• Special manufactures (of products out of the catalog) may be subject to a longer than usual manufacturing term (10-15 working days), the specific term will be specified in each case.
Guarantees and returns
• Refund due to change of opinion: According to the European directive 2011/83 / EU, products made to measure and personalized are excluded from the right of return due to change of opinion.
